I’m Brady Howe.

If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re a curious explorer, someone seeking more from your performance, your mindset, and yourself. As the saying goes, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” I was once that relentlessly competitive athlete, blindly chasing bold goals without a clear path to get there.

For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting some of the world’s top performers in building their elite physical systems. But along the way, I discovered a critical blind spot that many athletes, coaches, and teams overlook: the mental game. At age 38, I went back to school to study sport and performance psychology and deepen my understanding of how mindset, behavior, and belief systems shape success and our character.

Today, my goal is to integrate those lessons by aligning the physical and mental aspects of performance in a way that’s practical, proven and transformational. If you’re ready to explore how mental performance training can unlock not just performance excellence, but a more fulfilling path forward in life — then let’s get to work.

I met Brady in 2018 at the NBA Summer League, little did I know that I would be inheriting such a selfless, humble colleague and friend. Brady brings such a positive life force into the human performance industry. His open-minded approach and genuine commitment to those he serves extends far beyond the court. It’s rare to find a coach with his character, experience, and background. Where Brady excels is the interplay between training the mind and body.

Brady’s journey is a tale for the ages. Calling his shot in an entry level high-school english essay, knowing that he was destined for the NBA and elevating elite level performers. His vision and relentless approach would set the stage for a rapid rise within the ranks of professional sports. Asserting himself as one of the youngest Vice Presidents in the NBA. By raising the bar, and challenging the systematic norms, Brady was entrusted with creating a high-performance model from scratch and developing an elite (cutting-edge) staff, which showed its value instantly. As his team would see a rapid transformative turnaround that would go from a 19 win season, to experiencing overnight success of reaching the NBA Finals.

Over the past 15 years in professional sports, Brady has collaborated with some of the best athletes, brightest minds and influential leaders in the performance industry. Dedicating his body of work to serving his athletes, colleagues and teams through the lens of a person-centered model, and by continuously exploring what drives peak performance and winning cultures.
